Review: Panchayat - Amazon Prime web series

After watching many movies and web series I have stumble upon this web series called Panchayat. I have decided to watch this gem comedy drama as soon as I see the actor names Raghuvir Yadav and Neena Gupta.

At the first glance I thought this may be the story of a hero who does the world of wonder to the village and become yet another finction series with the twist and turns, but to my super surprise this series is the real picturization of exactly how the village is. A simple and yet filled with so much content and message. A must watch for anyone who is liking or wanting to know how the Indian village life is.

Abhishek Tripathi is a treat to watch, the ever-frustrated graduate who does not like his new job, though he is always found angry he gets into situations which brings humor and a likable character which perfectly resembles Today’s youth.

The duo of Pradhan ji and the deputy Pradhan by Raghuvir Yadav and a character called Prahalad are lovely combo. And along with them there is an office assistant Vikas who is doing a much lower job than all of these other characters but yet he is found to be the most happiest character in the whole series. He is always having suggestion and solution for everything, he is happy in doing whatever he is doing, and guys like him are always in demand even in the real life! Such a gem character played so effortlessly by Chandan Roy. Other than these four characters acting by each and every small character played by various artists are so good that you can’t imagine a different characterization or improvisation in any of the scenes. Too Good.

And finally, panchva(fifth) character of Panchayat Neena Gupta, the actual Pradhan of the village Phulera. She has played the role of a wife throughout the series until the final moments of the series where she played the role of a Pradhan who she is during the Republic Day. The scene which made me write the review after a decade. A simple scene but as usual the way the final scene is picturized and Neena Gupta sings Jana gana mana will make you leave teary eyes without anything unusual or dramatic.

And once I am done with watching the series, I realize that I have missed the whole theme music by skipping the Intro Music in order to complete the web series and hence pasting the link of the Theme Music for anyone who might have done similar.

Entertainment... Entertainment... Entertainment...
When BiggBoss7 got over and Kejriwal took over oath as 7th Delhi CM I never thought he would entertain as good as Salman Khan in fact much better! I must say -- maaja aa gaya, kya baat, kya baat, kya baat....

And if Kejriwal party promise to entertain in same way than my vote is for Kejriwal and I hope hamaara PM bhi Kejriwal hi ho and that too with support from Congress only please :)

Seriously, no movie, no song, nothing else have entertained as much as your party did in past few weeks-
And I am serious, hmm am I? ---- Yes I AM, so I am telling that you also that become serious... because its time to become serious! lol...


On that serious note ---
Kejriwal ji, aap hero they, aap hero hain, aur aap hero rahoge because...
- Because... you brought so many of my talented, dedicated friends into politics,
and no matter what you n your party would end up with but I am sure these nice people that you brought in to politics will surely do great wonders.
- Because... you have brought fear in all neta's to made them perform
- Because... you went above and beyond just Gandhi style Aandolan's to get into the system to fight against it..... and the list can go on... which is already going on courtesy to my aap friends :)


I wish your party would make some more state govt in places like TN, WB, UP, KL, K'nataka(nataka to waise bhi aapko suit karta hain) and other states like J&K, Mijoram, Assam etc.. at least I wish you fight election from these corrupt place and later names are where our media ppl don't care what's going on like in Assam, Mijoram and all... I think they deserves better choice at least, in other states you should have your representative against tainted neta's

It's been almost a month when India has witnessed assembly election results in four major states, BJP have got maximum seats in all the four states winning probably about more than 75% seats in total, They have formed govt in three states and just fall 3 short of half way mark in Delhi, and AAP won 28 seats with 25% vote share...
Congress lost elections so badly! and like human behavior to love fall of Kings celebrations started everywhere, especially by a new comer party AAP. Celebration goes on, and on, and still going on in a way that now it already become show of arrogance!

Party followers started comparing number of website page visit counts, Facebook likes and comment counts! I wonder how this would help the 25% of Delhi voters who voted them! Same questions making another round asking for expense of statues by states and how it would help poor people..

Let me ask you -- how would your expert Facebook popularity analysis of leaders would help poor people Why did you make and manage online party website! Why don't even these money go to poor people? Why do you waste Crore's of donation received on party matters! count and tell me how many poor people could have feed with that money? - First thing Kejriwal did in office is to change the officers on duty! how does this solve issue and how does that different than others?

If we start doing such things we could make no better than Muhammad Tughluq and will end up doing Delhi to Daultabad again! We can't convert all the national monuments and religious places into somethign else just because may be these places are visited by rich people for their leisure

I agree when we question statue of Mayawati but not agree against statue of Sardar Patel.
My disagreement would mostly something to do with my love for one party, but even when we look facts, ain't making Sardar statue a new approach of try to bring country together? And whatever that may be but let us not do politics of hate, because I am sure this is not what Arvind Kejriwal would have dreamed of! and this would not help him anyway!

Lets bring facts to resolve things like the greatest source of corruption to me is the fear of people in our country to go to Police or Court! and if Kejriwal can solve this it would lead to a great things.

The greatest thing for a country is the participation of their countryman into politics and Kejriwal's contribution to this is unimaginable! He also made us think for country and lead by example that no one has done for India in long long time! Let's not hide all such great hidden things behind all the politics of hate.
Because... like it or not Congress is not going anywhere! so does BJP and even other parties...
And no matter how much we hate them, they in deed greatly contributed in what we are Today!

It's people and circumstances that are wrong and corrupt NOT parties! and these people are not imported, these are among us and elected by us!

Stay positive, stay focused and try to make the new era of politics that you have started as better as possible because....

Sarjah's desert storm in 90's is the first thing comes to my mind whenever I think of cricket
I remember Gaglas's big home with small TV room about 20persons in the room so many people watching standing from outside the room on the roads that gathered because of our noise and voice that creates such a bad sore throat that for next two days voice can't come out of my throat!!!
That's how kids of my generation witnessed Sachin's sport that people now called "cricket".

When we heard of crackers from one corner I think it may be some marriage ceremony,
but when we heard of crackers all around other than Diwali we knew it must be a boundary, Sixer or a century by none other than SACHIN... That's how I grew up as young kid in a town called Keshod.

I scored less in 10th grade because, because we have had world cup at that time!
I scored less in 12th grade because we have had some other cricket series at that time!
And even if someone got 99% all of us use to have same reason even for losing that 1%
And I must believe that every child is damn honest, that's how the era of Sachin's time.

Life moved on, Heroes all around having new names be it Cricket, Tennis, Football, F1
or for that matter any other sport or any other field movies, politics just anything else
Sachin is the only Hero remain constant all these years

Back in boarding school at JNVPBR, when I started watching cricket got confuse between Sachin and Manjrekar as both of them looked same behind the helmet..
Time goes by and there was a time when I can tell you if Sachin is on strike or not at this time,
if Sachin scored boundry or missed a ball, if Sachin scored century or missed in 90's...
And none of this IF's needed me to in front of TV!!!  Because the voice and noise of people use to be same in streets as it could be ib stadium and it can be heard anywhere, ...around all the shops, around all the streets, all the corners, just everywhere!

One could look around the street and knew if Sachin is still playing,
One could look the faces of people and group discussions and knew if he hit century or missed one!
All the group discussions at Pan walla's to Tea stoles to Barber shops were concentrated on only thing that how Sachin should have played his last ball and how he should approach next ball, as if all of us wants to do PHD on how Sachin should play!
And I can bet none of the GD topic in interview can beat these GD by the relatively illiterate's around the villages. None of the cricketing coaches can analyse the game to such details, not only that

"Sometimes I really doubt even if Sachin is really that passionate about his own game as we are about his game!" And most importantly, I don't have to explain my last statement to our generation, That's how we ALL are passionate about his game...

And now that he bids farewell to the game I can not find any words that can summarize the countless moments of happiness, moments of togetherness, moments of hope along with moments of high BP and the almost heart attack moments :) that he has given to our generation...

I wish I can remember each and every of these moments for long long time, so that when I retire I can tell all these stories to my grand children.

Year after year and day by day since this govt come to power everyday is getting sadder and sadder(I meant *sad) day for our so called democratic system. Recently I have seen movie “I am Kalam” and thought to write some nice movie review blog about it but this bloody politics thing keeps frustrating me and looks like every next blog of mine is becoming some bashing one

I just thought to make this one a little different by sharing things with you all which are in my knowledge or which I did wrong in past and pledge not to do that again or things which I just know and I think it could have been done other some way... And, in the end if you think what I am thinking is “right” but could have been done some other way, do comment and may be someone else who read this blog could do it in your suggested way, or who knows the next reader could even help you suggest more better approach which may help you in the future.

To do: (with demo absolutely free!) –

Stop giving bribe in ANY form, if at all situations require you to do; do it and then let the world know in hidden way about the corrupted person (you can not say them in public, because bloody bribe giver is also culprit in this country and that’s why none of the sting operation gone succeed in the court) but make it public in some way

Demo – For example if you applied for passport and our corrupt law requires you to visit the nearest police station with the hidden agenda of you giving the bribe to police so that police will approve your passport, do not pay bribe and complain in stead to next level and next level and next level believe that somebody will surely hear your voice… but for some reason if this won’t work, say you need your task(in this case passport) to be done urgent than pay the bribe and let the whole world know about the name of the person and the process, there are many things you could do “every time” and in this case we could complain to the police department’s Tweet account, write a letter, write an email, write to MEA office and if at all you think how to get their addresses? Don’t puzzle just hit the google and you will get them all, if that does not work create a dummy account and ask question in social websites I am sure there will be many who will find you reach to the right people. (If you can spend some time for reading my blog on internet, you could surely find ways to find the proper addresses and persons)

And do not forget this was just an example, do it every time you see something wrong, remember if you are the justice for any crime you are criminal too, try to help others in such cases, develop habit of doing this by doing it next time, every time for any smallest incidence don’t pay less money to conductor in bus to avoid ticket, don’t pay small amount as bribe to traffic police to get rid of ticket, do right things every time and things will be in place (at least things will be in place with you for all next time, believe me; as I have said some of these are my personal experiences too)

This way we can turn our future, if not for our future do it for our children’s future… remember that none of the freedom fighter’s are alive to enjoy this freedom for which they have sacrificed their lives, if you love your child, do it for them. And most importantly do it for your self, you will surely feel proud and satisfaction when you do right thing.

Remember every wrong thing has wrong ending, be it Raja, Kani, Kalmadi or Sibal, Chidu or anybody else who might not be in jail and might have made lot of money but their children’s will always feeling shy of telling that they are children’s of such persons

I’m getting tired now, if time permits I will write more lately otherwise let me quickly write something for Baba also as I titled, “jum jum juum Baba… joom joom jooooom Babaaa… zoom zoom zooooom Babaaaaaaaaaaaa O Oo Oooooo!” What! You think I wanted to write about Baba Ramdev? Or Black Money? Or teaching some yoga for free?

There are rumours that after Vijay malya bought kaif (based on Kumble's advise they does not have good relationship and when we connected to Malya and asked if you does not like Kaif why did you buy him? to this Malya responded that he thought Kumble was talking about Katerina Kaif I don't know who the hell is Mohammad kaif!!! and where does he comes from? Kumblem should inform me about this another Kaif. When our chennal connected with Kumble and asked about this he told he knows only one Kaif and its Mohammad Kaif, who the hell is Ketrina Kaif!!! :D

Here's what Sheila has to say...
When we tried to connect with Sheila on this she gets angry and asking us that how this is connected with me!!! you media guys are always doing this, just because CWG games happened in Delhi you have ... etc.. etc.. Sheila ji ko bahut bhadkte huye dekh humne apna question wapas le liya... 
Though we have tried hard to make her understand this connection and told her about the recent movie Tees Mar Khan and the song sheila ki jawani on which Ketrina Kaif has danced... movie is flop and so as your javani and before we tell her about ketrina kaif shares the same surname with mohammad kaif who is sold to RCB Bangalore usne humko bhaga diya...

Hum log wahan se uthkar MMS (Manmohan Singh) ke paas gaye aur puchha ki aisa kab tak chalta rahega... is par Pradhan mantri humko 100 din main sab kuchh thik karne ka vachan de diya... mere ko pata chal gaya ki ye paji abhi bhi soch rahe honge ki humne mahengayi ke barein main question kar diya hoga!! I still did not left the hope and clarified ki Manmohan ji hum mahengayi ke barein main bat nahi kar rahe hain, we are asking why is Ganguli did not sold in IPL4 auction, to this MMS replied ki... ab mahengayi bahut badh gayi hain aur hum desh ki janta ko sasta kharidne ka aagrah karte hainnn... I thought ye bechara abhi bhi sadme main hain lets leave him and move on... fir bhi jate jate MMS ne humain CBI ki janch ka bharosa dilaya aur kaha ki wo iss pure ghatnakaram ki janch karegi..

Finally we reach to BJP office..

BJP ne is pure ghatnakram ko durbhagya purn bataya aur isko sarkar ki vifalta bataya aur JPC ke janch ki mang kii.... Sarkar ki vifalta ka naam sunte hi Ramgopal Verma ne is par aitrazz jataya aur kaha ki Sarkar and Sarkar part 2 dono movies hit rahi hain aur BJP isko vifal/flop nahi kahe shakti hain.

With Ramgopal Verma lets move to Bollywood.....
Sahrukh Khan ne apni galti ka svikar kiya aur usne bataya ki next time when he will be on Coffee with Karan show he will apolize for the same....

When connected Deepika Padukon she says she want to see Kaif's Passport!!! we told her that we are not talking about Ketrina Kaif we are talking about Mohammad Kaif!!! 


Hmmmm... maja nahi aa raha hain yaar ye sab photo boto khitchne ke chakkar main likhayi ka maja kirkira ho gaya... chalo leave it here only will back with something else next time :)

Father Feelings

Thr's a dialog in movie Prem Rog where Padmini asks Rishi ki... "Main soch rahi thi ki sab log ek jaise to hote hain, Do hath aur paav... do aankhen, do kan aur wohi chahera sab kuchh ek jaisa, par fir bhi kyun sirf koi ekk, koi ek hi kyun itna pyara sa lagne lagta hain ki agar uske liye agar jaan bhi deni pade to haste haste di ja shakti hain" (In English: All men are alike, two hands, and feet... eyes, ears and face too, are common to all. Then why does just one person, becomes so very dear... that even if one has to die for him, one does it happily).

And he's my cutie baby son AARAV :)

Remember your feelings... first kiss, first love, first girl friend, first job, first salary, first home etc... etc.. amd thousands of etc's... In fact, when I get married I thought this is the best ever feeling could have happen in person's life and I thought that nothing could beat this feeling but nope, I am wrong :) because nothing can beat a Father Feelings I am still dying to meet Reena everyday after office hours but even this can't come even closure to the way I love my son and this is something no other relationship could understand and there's no reverse you could never imagine your father's feelings towards you and why all father's do sooo much of sacrifice for his family.

Coming to point my sweet cute little sweetheart son AARAV :) I am like getting mad and mad and mad and madder when I am in front of him I am watching and watching n watching and watching.... even after he's sleeping I wish my endless watch is never ending... eeeeeeeeeeee I am like kid all over again (its different thing that I've never grown up ..hehe)

One more day of missing my son, one more day before I will gone mad in this mad mad world... Ooo my son come fast your daddy is missing you soooooooo much and feeling like crying :((

Yes, like our birthdays we all hardly remember our Independence on any other day, we hardly follow our responsibilities towards the freedom... Alas these were the days in school we use to wait for this day and use to do hard practices for the Independence day functions now days this days doesn't matters bit more than just a holiday! Some of you may feel bit/deep hurt by my above remarks but thats what the truth to most of us and we have to accept it.

I will vote for Britishers next time if they come to India again and asks for my vote!!!

Last week when I wrote the blog on IPL Shashi Tharoor made to resign next day, Tomorrow is another D-day for Lalit and most of us have no doubt that he would also go. Now I have few more set of questions...

I remember somewhere I read that eyes are two but they see same thing together, ears are two but they listen one and alll etc... etc... but than still god made such arrangement that everything remain stay together... why than its not happen in case of two hearts which beats in same rhythm.... and in fact its only one heart its just beat in different bodies... be together always....... unconditionally..... which can not separate at all.... why don't god think of something like this :(

Friendship

Just because a friendship or relationship ends does not mean that the other person is a bad person. Nor does it mean that the other person is crazy. Nor does it mean that the other person never cared about you or any of those things we often say. It simply means that it wasn’t meant to work out and though it is horrible and unfortunate and sometimes heartbreaking, it’s not the end of the world. Other friends will come along, other boyfriends and girlfriends will come along. Sometimes things just aren’t meant to be. And that has to be okay.
